Hey, I’m Jessa! and I bring a mix of skills that I think make me a great fit for admin work, plus I’m really eager to learn and grow into an executive assistant role.
I’ve spent the last few years wearing different hats: from handling customer support for a Singapore-based home maintenance company (where I juggled chats, calls, bookings, and even managed our CRM to crunching data at Accenture and helping coordinate projects for the Department of Energy. Before all that, I was a teacher so I know how to stay organized, communicate clearly, and keep things running smoothly even when there’s a lot on my plate.
I’m comfortable using tools like Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Stripe, and Kickserv but honestly, I love picking up new systems too. Right now, I’m really focused on building a career in administration, and I’m more than ready to be trained for an executive assistant position. I know that role takes someone who’s detail-oriented, proactive, and can anticipate needs and those are exactly the skills I’ve been honing all along.
A FEW THINGS THAT MAKE ME STAND OUT
• I’ve managed everything from billing and invoices to project data and student records so organizing information and keeping track of details is second nature to me.
I’m used to working with teams (and supporting them!) – whether it’s coordinating with technicians, helping project leads, or collaborating with colleagues across departments.
I’m a licensed teacher with advanced computer skills, and I’m always up for learning new tools or processes to do the job better.
WHAT I’M WORKING TOWARD
My goal is to land an admin role where I can put my organizational skills to good use, and eventually grow into an executive assistant position. I’m ready to put in the work to learn the ins and outs of supporting leadership from scheduling and correspondence to managing confidential information and handling day-to-day logistics. I want to be someone my team can count on to keep things moving smoothly, and help make their work easier.
