My main responsibilities as an online English Tutor are preparing and delivering lessons to improve students' reading, writing, and conversing skills. In order to become organized in facilitating the learning process, I assign activities to facilitate students' consolidation of learning material. To ensure that learning is properly given to each of my student, I tailor my
teaching style in accordance with students' needs. In making each class session interactive and lively, I manage interpersonal dynamics to ensure that the class is conducive to learning.
