Jade joined Accenture in 2015 as a Data Analyst working on client asset management, then transitioned into a Service Desk role supporting customers as the first point of contact and working closely with network teams to resolve issues. He later became a Subject Matter Expert, training new tea-----------mbers and maintaining knowledge base articles. Currently, Jade works as a Virtual Assistant / IT Support and Network Administrator at Amernet, handling IT, network, and voice-related incidents and service requests.
