Lead in enhancing and updating the Community Development sub-manuals of operations of the KALAHI ------------ and provide guidance in the implementation at the National and Regional Levels;
• Supervise regional counterparts in the cascading of sub-manuals and provision of technical assistance
• Develop the KALAHI –----------- Proposal on Community Development, Social Process and Safeguard Elements and KALAHI –----------- Devolution Program Plan
• Assist in the drafting of the Project Completion Report of KALAHI –-----------
• Assist in the drafting of the M& E Subsector Manual for the Community Driven Development –
Local Economic Development
• Coordinate and provide technical assistance to the regional implementers to address issues
and concerns around the application of social facilitation and community mobilization
standards in program operations
• Assist in the conduct of periodic studies and assessments on project implementation
• Prepare technical reports on problem areas and provide recommendations to improve
effectiveness, efficiency and management
