As a creative freelancer for almost five years, being a Humanities and Social Sciences Senior High School graduate has really been a core influencer to my services. My program has shaped me into the continuous learner and reliable part-timer (video-editor & scriptwriter) that I am today.
I take pride in being a transparent and hard worker - always willing to go for the extra hours in order to better my craft.
In editing footages, I make sure to have a systematic way of handling the data given to me: (1) understanding the goal (e.g. the development of a story plot and/or knowing what the client wants) (2) source gathering, (3) categorization of those sources, (4) file naming, (5) considering of visual and sound effects that is fitting towards client demands, (6) plotting of those footages, effects and script (if any) into the editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects), (7) then asking of feedback according to the schedule agreement.
In creating scripts, I also follow a method which consists of: (1) Knowing the goal (depending on the client), (2) Filling up the inspiration board (Searching for different sources - usually historical, medical and psychological aspects), (3) Having an outline and plotting the ideas made and approved into that outline, (4) writing the actual script while following the format that the client wants, and (5) the needed revisions after receiving the clients' feedback/s.
Although I strive to make do the deliverables assigned to me, I respond best to reasonable-paced environments and valid criticisms.
With these accounts, I hope to apply the skills and experiences that I have along with my aspirations to become a better artist and worker at your company.
