I have accumulated nearly two years of experience as a Customer Service Representative in a BPO company specializing in financial accounts. During my tenure there, I had the opportunity to contribute to the training department, providing support to domestic classes from the US. This role involved troubleshooting and imparting basic IT knowledge to trainees.
Prior to my BPO experience, I spent almost four years in a fast-growing fast-food company, where I honed my customer service skills by assisting customers with their needs.
My passion lies in utilizing online tools, proficient data entry, and managing financial accounts. I find fulfillment in my job as it not only provides me with the opportunity to earn, but also allows me to engage with and learn about subjects that deeply interest me.
