I had 5 years' experience in Business Process Outsourcing Industry with the scope of technical support, customer service, billing and email works with the setup of inbound, outbound call and chat. With this experience I use to work under pressure, and I well trained to communicate with people assisting them with their concerns dealing with different situations and use to find a way to resolve their issues. I trained to be multitasked since I'm using multiple tools at the same time while engaged to a customer. I'm always making sure that I'm productive while I'm at work since I valued every task and goals that the company set up always putting it at first, so I can finish and meet the company's needs.
