Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the products or services offered by the e-commerce platform.
Troubleshooting and resolving customer problems with empathy and efficiency.
Investigating and resolving customer complaints, concerns, or issues in a timely and effective manner.
Processing orders on Shopify and coordinate with the warehouse team.
Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to customers based on their needs and preferences.
