I am responsible in all aspects of
work here at Optimo- a sales and marketing company. I mainly handle manpower,
recruitment, product, budget and sales.
I started my journey by applying as a sales agent with no experience in the field of work. With my passion, dedication and willingness to learn and improving my self, in just a month I was promoted and recognized as "Top 1 Agent " in the Philippines in our company. Then soon after I was promoted as a Team Leader. By that time it was new to me to handle a Team with different types of members. I able to manage them by being a socratic leader and improving my leadership skills through reading books, attending seminars and workshops.
At the age of 21, I was promoted as the youngest Manager in the company. Everything are doing well until one day I got a----------- while riding a motorcycle on my way home. I can't barely move my hands due to the a----------- and it was required to operate my left hand and bedrest for 4 months. With that situation I cannot be able to work and handle my team resulting to gradually decreasing the organization sales and performance. So at the 2nd month after my operation I d----------- to be at work even I still have to rest. I work not just for money but because of my team, I know that they needed me. We work as a Team until we all bounce back and be the number 1 Team again. I can say that the key is Team work. Help your Team and your helps you to achieve any goal!
In my 9 years in the company, now I became a Divisional Manager. As a DM my responsibilities are monitoring my team , coaching and giving them advices on how they can improve and develop their results.
In saying this, now I will be able to do other jobs to improve my skills and be able to help others.
