This job reports to the Manager II – Store Operations and implements HR related activities such records management, employee relations and discipline, engagement and development, payroll and benefits, and recruitment and acquisition at the store level. This job works closely with HR Business Partners for operations in implementing and addressing HR related activities and concerns.
