Hawaii Home Offers, LLC is a US-based real estate company that offers a wide variety of services primarily focused on real estate, property and car rentals, solar technology, cabinets, etc. In this role, I am responsible for generating leads, tracking them using various CRMs, relating them to costs, updating metrics and KPIs, and maintaining organization to ensure easy tracking and visualization of all elements.
More than a year of experience, close to 2 years in performing external audits with local affiliate of a Big Four firm, KPMG in the Philippines (R.G. Manabat & Co.), inclusive of one (1) audit season as an Audit Analyst. Professional and progressive experience includes relevant exposure to various clients sectors and business services adopting Phillippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), the local equivalent of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Has performed complex level of professional works involving financial audits; provides key input to development of the audit plan; maintains organizational and professional ethical standards; and, works independently under general supervision with considerable latitude for initiative and independent judgment.
