I work as a Healthcare Virtual Assistant (Medical Scribe and Administration tasks). I manage phone calls, schedule and confirm patients' appointments who are coming to the office, also triaging patients for virtual appointments. I manage fax and update EHR, and chart preparation (making sure all records are in the patient's chart before the doctor sees them, getting them from Laboratories and other Hospitals or Clinic Facilities), sending referrals, prior authorization request, etc. I have 2 years medical scribe experience as well. I'm very much familiar with Practice Fusion, AthenaHealth, Tebra/Kareo Portal, RevolutionEHR as the EHR, RingCentral, Updox, Cover-----------ds, and Weave as well.
