I have been in the Banking and Finance industry for over 15 years and in the Customer Service industry for over 18 years. I was a Learning Specialist at one of the biggest Banks in Singapore for almost 4 years with experience as a Social Media Relations Manager too. I am currently part of the Escalation/Fulfillment Team of the Institutional Banking Group in DBS Bank in Singapore.
