I have been a Virtual Assistant for 4 years now, handling various administrative tasks, and then eventually I worked as a Real Estate Cold Caller where I was in charge of Calling certain people who were interested in buying or selling properties, I was also tasked to send contracts sometimes and email follow-ups daily.
For tools and software, I have used Microsoft Office, skype for client communication Zoom for hosting meetings Slack for Communication, and Calendly for calendar management. I am also knowledgeable in using Google software Google Drive and Google Meet for multiple purposes and I am also proficient in using calltools, batchdialer Xencall, and Mojo for sending messages and making calls.
