- Supports human resources processes by administering tests, scheduling appointments,
interviewing, conducting orientation, maintaining records and information of candidate.
- Sourcing candidates from the web and field.
- Conducting Job-Fair and other field work.
- Preparing minutes of the meeting and other reports required.
- Line up candidates as per Employer qualifications.
- Monitoring and preparation of Monthly Manpower Report for project employees.
- Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
- Assist in filing of SSS, PAG-IBIG, PHILHEALTH documents and reporting of newly hired
and/or separated employees.
- Assist in processing of employee's government benefits such as; sickness and maternity
notification, sickness/EC and Maternity/Sickness Reimbursement, denied maternity
reimbursement claim (complete file) salary/calamity loan billing notice, R-3 and payment
files with hard copy.
- Assists in certification of SSS loan, maternity /sickness benefits claims.
- Assists in receipt and pick up of government benefits documents includes; checks, vouchers,
sickness forms and SOA.
- Encoding and computation of service incentive leave, paternity leave, bereavement leave
and unused incentive of resigned employee's
- Request check payment for SSS, PAG IBIG, and PHILHEALTH
- Official signatory for SSS, PAG IBIG, PHILHEALTH, and TIN application with regards to loans
and certification.
- Assists in consolidation of government mandated files and documents includes;
contributions, loans and history employment.
- Updating of government mandated benefits, contribution status and loan.
