Started as a production supervisor, and was assigned to a newly build pack house with new process. Enahanced the previous the data gathering and reporting to fit to new process line. Trained the new crew on the new process and data gathering procedure. Work my way up and became manager. Continue to oversee the production and help in further enhancement of the process, data gathering and processing.
