• Plans, designs and implements the annual strategic plan for the visual displays of Great Image branches
• Evaluates whether the displays require remodeling
• Processes in case branch request is aligned with the branding & guidelines of the company
• Improves the displays in collaboration with Marketing and Operations Department, and Area Managers
• Coordinates Job Orders and deliveries with the Admin Department, and suppliers for smooth transactions
• Coordinates installation instructions for the store displays with the Retail Department, and their contractors
• Enhances the editing processes and techniques in collaboration with the Training Department
• Evaluates trainees' photo editing skills as part of the hiring process
