I was previously connected with Philippines Sinter Corporation for (2) years. I was an IT Staff of the company. part of my job was to set meetings through zoom, skype and other modules. This includes setting up the needed devices such as computers, cellphones, etc. Devices that will be use in the meeting. I also make sure that the signal or quality of the video conference has a good quality by making a test call on the other end. Part of my job also, is to send the link of the meeting through mail and make sure the receiver receives it.
I was also connected with GN Power Kauswagan construction team for (2 years). I have experienced being part of a construction of a plant here in the Philippines, Through that experience, I have learn deferent kinds of scheduling system. Systems that are use to schedule or forecast operations through out the year, month, and day.
I was also connected in Arriba Telecontact Inc. as IT Staff for (4) years. my job was to support agents having problem with our systems. This includes systems that are base on cloud and systems that are in house
Consequently, with 9 years of experience in all, I can say that I have gained a vast
understanding of how to appoint of set a meeting.
