More recently, I’ve supported a U.S.-based clinic as a Medical Administrative Assistant, where I managed electronic health records (EHR), handled documentation and prior authorizations, and ensured seamless patient communication. This role allowed me to adapt to U.S. healthcare standards, strengthen my technical expertise, and gain in-depth experience with HIPAA compliance and confidentiality requirements.
