I love listening to and observing people. It is the two things that I’ve realized that I’m good at. Therefore, I’d like to share something about myself.
1. I’ve been in the customer care industry for 5 years starting as a representative/agent for less than a year and becoming a Team Manager/Leader for 4 straight years.
2. I’m a promoter of growth and encouragement. I always believe that people can do more than they can imagine.
3. I was supposedly going to be part of a food delivery service and during my interview, I already practiced the process they provided to pass the final interview for the client. However, when the final interview came, they partnered me with healthcare insurance for those who are senior citizens and with disabilities in the US.
4. From then, I’ve trained for less than 3 months reviewing everything about healthcare without zero clue or background and became an SME 3 months after taking calls. Within a year, I was offered the job of being a team manager and became part of operations for 4 years.
5. Writing emails directly to the client, reporting and analyzing performance goals, and brainstorming with the team on how to improve our key metrics, is what I’ve been learning the past couple of years, and would like to continue learning with YOUR TEAM.
