I've been circling around and was able to be part of different LOBs like fraud early warning, customer service, auto loans, card applications and even escalation. I was promoted before as one of the subject matter expert where in I answer all the questions of the agents regrading the process. I also have 6 years of RPO experience. I do sourcing using different job boards like zip recruiter, monster and indeed. I was consistently part of the elite group for 2 years and was promoted as Group Leader. I experienced managing several recruiters and was able to hit more than the expectation of the company. I really love to share my best practices and grow with the company as well
