I am computer literate; I really enjoy working using a computer that's why I am excited to get hired and work again. I stopped working in an office because I gave birth to my second child. Good thing I can now work from home because of this online job opportunity.
I am a former Admin staff in a Non-Life Insurance Agency, I am in charge in monitoring our daily and monthly sales by encoding and checking using MS Excel format. In MS Word I make letter of intents, proposals, and quotation letters for our target clients and partners. I also make simple posters in Canva and do marketing in different social media platforms to promote our insurance business. I am also selling Comprehensive Insurance for car and trucks to help our branch achieve monthly sales quota. I am always supporting the branch manager in terms of handling clients most of the time thru online communication.
Most of my work experiences are sales and customer related. I am totally exposed in handling different types of customers since 2007.
I started working since I was 17 years old. From being a sales lady in a hardware, a long-time cashier and at the same time party host in a fast-food chain (Jollibee) while I was studying, to a bank teller after I graduated in college with the course of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Marketing. I became an assistant secretary of a politician, and I also experienced being a treasury assistant from which I was assigned in foreign exchange and in customer service booth.
Before pandemic, my job is operations team leader from 2016 to 2021 in an amusement center. I am the officer in charge for operations during that time. I handled people and assisted customers. I’ve learned some accounting tasks, and I used to be a human resource assistant too. I did several English sales reports and presentations using MS power point for my Taiwanese and Filipino employers.
