I have over seven years of experience working in the BPO industry, where I have
consistently demonstrated my ability to effectively manage teams and exceed
performance targets. In my previous role as an Assistant Manager - Operations, I
successfully motivated and coached a team of customer service representatives to
achieve high customer satisfaction ratings and meet service level agreements.
In addition to my experience in the BPO industry, I also possess excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. I can effectively communicate with
both internal and external stakeholders, and I am skilled in building strong
relationships with clients and colleagues. I am also adaptable, and quick to grasp new
