Hi, I?m Gini, a determined customer service and administrative professional with 9 years of diverse experience across operations, after-sales, and virtual support. I have a growing passion for creative work like digital design and content creation that adds a fresh perspective to everything I do.
My career journey began in 2012, working in customer service and back office support, where I handled everything from online order tracking to verifying insurance claims. Those early experiences taught me the importance of accuracy, empathy, and being solutions-oriented. I moved into more technical and customer-facing roles by 2015, providing chat-based support for billing and account concerns, which later opened the door to leadership opportunities. By 2017, I took on a bigger challenge as I joined a growing company where I climbed the ranks from a customer service rep to supervisor, and eventually, Operations Manager. I led multiple teams, built SOPs from scratch, handled escalations and disputes, and coached tea-----------mbers to success. In 2025, I took a role as a talent matching and retention. I now manage the end-to-end pairing process between clients and virtual assistants, facilitate onboarding and interview coaching, and run talent readiness programs that help VAs succeed in their placements.
Alongside my operational work, I?ve always been passionate in creative works. In the past year, I?ve started exploring digital art, graphic design, and content creation?skills I?m excited to integrate more into my career.
