Responding to customer licensing and hardware inquiries, providing
quotes, and ensuring that all software renewals are kept current.
Working with distributors and vendors, including pre-and post-sale
order management.
Contributing to monthly reporting for external and internal customers.
To provide support and work closely with PSG Account Managers
in the day-to-day transactions of their software and hardware for
clients.
Deal registration for software vendors when required.
