I've worked as a customer service representative for more than 2 years. I've walked customers through a website, handled basic billing concerns and inquiries, and general customer inquiries regarding an online service.
I feel comfortable doing my job when I know how to do it perfectly. Therefore, I value knowledge of the product or service whenever it comes and I'm always willing to learn. I also try to find out whatever I can about the product/service so I can answer the customers' questions like I own the product.
