I have been with the BPO industry for 19 years and handled different campaigns and accounts. I handled customer services accounts, healthcare accounts, infomercials, technical support and collections. I was also an appointment setter and handled campaigns like business to business and business to customers. I was also a Quality Analyst, Trainer and a team Lead for different accounts and handled different agents.
I aim to share my knowledge to the continuous success of the company and to excel on the field open which will be assigned to me, and to be able to make significant contribution to a company that will hone my abilities and personality, enrich my career growth and encourage me to work in the best of my capabilities. I have strong verbal and personal communication skills. I am motivated and has initiative in what ever task I am given, strong decision making and critical thinking is also one of the qualities I posses. I am tolerant and flexible to different situations, I easily get along with the prospects or customers, the goal is to establish a good working environment. I prioritize work and I can work under pressure.
