As a Senior Team Lead at IFIVEGlobal, a global BPO company, I oversee a team of 6 supervisors who also have their own teams that revolve around the release of information on medical records, whether it is providing status on their requests, pulling the medical records from different clinical systems and ensuring compliance according to HIPAA. I am responsible for setting goals, monitoring performance, coaching staff and ensuring quality standards and customer satisfaction.
