In the past roles, I have been recognized to have implemented recruitment initiatives that allowed the department to achieve 95% of recruitment goals, leading to position and role upgrade. I have been exposed and gained valuable experience in Training, Employee Relations and Benefits Management.Consequently, my nine years of experience in education have given me the management skills, resourcefulness and passion for students’ welfare and continuous learning.
