While it is necessary to have certain talents when looking for a job, I would be more than happy to embrace and pick up new ones as my career progresses.

7. Technical skills is I believe a very critical skill needed in using software and other relevant technology with the job.
8. Conflict resolution skills to handle complicated or difficult situations calmly and diplomatically to achieve positive outcomes.
9. Ability to work on a team is also a crucial skills as there are times that we need to collaborate with colleagues and other departments to address a query and improve overall service delivery.
10. Multitasking skills is one of the skills where I am good at in order to handle multiple tasks or job simultaneously without compromising the quality of work or service.
