I bring a strong combination of technical expertise, problem-solving, and attention to detail that I’ve developed through diverse roles in IT support, data validation, and operations management. At Inriver, I specialize in data validation by reviewing product information to ensure accuracy, improving descriptions when needed, and identifying issues that affect online store reliability, which directly enhances the customer experience. During my internship at the University of Mindanao, I gained hands-on experience in network troubleshooting, PC reformatting, printer setup/repair, and preventive maintenance, while supporting my supervisor in resolving technical concerns. At CTI, I expanded my skills further by managing GPS-equipped tankers to prevent oil theft through real-time tracking and reporting, while also handling IT responsibilities such as system troubleshooting, printer maintenance, and CCTV monitoring. My combined experience allows me to adapt quickly, deliver high-quality results, and support both technical and operational needs with efficiency.
