I’ve been a hospital nurse for 7 years and have 1 year and 2 months of experience as a Virtual Medical Assistant. I enjoy helping patients and making sure healthcare providers have everything they need to give the best care possible.
I handle scheduling, medication refill requests, basic prior authorizations, lab order coordination, and act as a liaison between providers and patients. I’m experienced with PracticeQ, LabCorp, Quest, OpenPhone, Cover-----------ds, and MDToolbox, and I’m a fast learner with other EHR or EMR systems, adapting quickly to new platforms.
I’m reliable, detail-oriented, and can work independently, but I also enjoy collaborating with a team that values professionalism and empathy. I’m looking for a full-time remote role where I can use my skills to make a real difference for patients and providers.
