In my current job, what I basically do as a market specialist is gather, sort, and process data for analysis as the basis for management decisions and policymaking. With this kind of demanded work, it requires me to be proficient with the use of the Microsoft Office suite; Word for business letter writing and correspondence, PowerPoint for creating presentations, and Excel for tabulating data and conducting graphical analysis, enhancing communication and analytical capabilities in professional environments.
I am also proficient with the use of emails, as most of the correspondences are reliant on the use of these tools for information retrieval and dissemination. With the use of cloud storage, vast amounts of information are also shared and stored. for later use and for mobility.
Recently, I also learned to use the Canva app for creating infographics for public information, as it has become a necessity for our office to post information that is easily digestible by the public.
