I graduated BSBA Major in Financial Management. I became a vice president of an organization at the school where my leadership works. Managing my schedule in everyday living using a planner book.
My practicum was performed at the Department of Finance and assigned to the Central Financial Management Office, Accounting Division, where I analyzed journal entry vouchers to ensure it was recorded and reconciled, checked off list taxes of importations, received and transmitted papers to other divisions, encoding inventories, and many more. It was a big responsibility to make and an opportunity to be part of it. I learned to cope with the world of teaching other minds and began to enjoy my profession.
My first job as a fresh graduate position as a purchasing staff where doing encoding, journal entries managing supplies works, contacting the supplier for the stocks of the inventories, and making purchase orders. Checking some items that needed to be supplied.
My next job is in the construction industry where I become a sales agent, selling supplies. Selling it using social networks or media online. Dealing in communication using calls or verbal communication verbally. Where I developed my confidence to entertain people or clients to sell the item.
My expertise is in project management and doing administrative tasks. I'm good at performing accurate tasks, managing emails, as well as corresponding with clients and employees of other businesses that I may be required to speak with on behalf of the firm.
As stated in the summary of my skills, I am pretty much flexible with the tasks that I will be designated to do. You can depend on me that I will never abandon a task and you won't have a hard time contacting me. You'll find that this is why I am efficient.
If you would require me to learn a specific program for this job. I am confident that you won't spend a long time training me. I might as well learn it myself, like most programs that I know now. I can assure you that I can easily adapt to any sort of training or program that the job requires me to. I'm a person who requires minimum supervision once I've learned the ropes.
