I started as a data entry specialist in the e-commerce industry, and within a short time, I was promoted to Store Success Specialist for Tier 1 and 2 accounts. In that role, I helped build online stores, coordinated closely with account managers, and ensured smooth communication with customers. Eventually, I was entrusted with a more critical role in the Purchasing Department, where I became the key person for processing purchase orders and managing vendor communications via phone and email. We worked with an ERP system, so I’m comfortable navigating order and inventory systems with accuracy and efficiency.
