I had 5 work experience in total. 1st job was a cashier and all around in Chowking which is a fast food chain, I took orders of customers and provide the services they needed. 2nd is I was a management trainee in Tom's World which is an entertainment place, I was in charge in facilitating the redemption booth for prizes as well as operating prize machines. I also manage people working in redemption booth. 3rd job is in a call center named Service First, I took inbound calls for processing loan applications of customers. 4th job is in Infosys BPM, I was a customer service and handling retirement accounts. My 5th job, which is my current job, I'm in customer service handling credit card account of customer, assisting them on their inquiries and requests regarding their accounts.
