I am an Employee Services Coordinator for HR Contact Center for almost 2 years now supporting Human Resources activities such as exporting ServiceNow reports regarding cases submitted, preparing employment letters, entering Workday data changes transactions submitted by local HRs within the Europe India region, and talking directly to all levels of employees through chat or calls regarding their requests, submitted through ServiceNow system or emails. Before this role, I was also a Customer Service Representative and a Technical Support for a US telecommunications company for 3 years handling customer billing, technical issues, product sales, escalations and overall daily customer concerns. All of these experiences allowed me to become an excellent communicator and a team player. It also allowed me to be familiar with a myriad of tools that helps me deliver quality results. I thrive in fast paced environments and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously. My strong work ethic and ability to meet tight deadlines have allowed me to consistently exceed expectations.
