I have a proven background experience in working as a Technical Service Representative in Sprint and T-Mobile wherein I gained some skills such as Customer Service, Troubleshooting skills, Time management, client tools like Cisco, avaya, vpn, i-care, spark and MS Office and teams.
I also worked in Doordash company its an online food delivery service where I enhanced further my skills in Customer service, App troubleshooting, Web troubleshooting, GPS relocation, scheduling and making emails.
