As a Senior Engineering Servicer Officer, I handle facilities and project management which includes repairs and maintenance, renovation, construction and demolition. Providing solutions to engineering issues and concerns of stakeholders and end users. I also handle procurement of supplies and materials needed for the project. I implement maintenance programs to our facilities ensuring that it is on tip top condition and avoiding downtime. I cooridnate with several vendors and contractors regarding project bidding, implementation, progress and milestones. I also handle preparation and processing of Purchase Orders. I also prepar and process Billing documents of contractors.
