I've been in the BPO industry for 13 years, and within the said years, I acquired different skills due to several accounts I have been to. First, My communication skills have improved as well as my Customer service skills. I've been to the Technical Support account (Netgear and Apple Support) and Amazon Seller support associate. I went to the Sales account (outbound). In addition, I was promoted to Team Leader, additional skills have been added as I went through different Management training on how it worked and managing people.
