I’m a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse in the
Philippines with over 12 years of work experience in clinical settings,
customer service, and medical coding. In my previous nursing role, my
responsibilities included assessing patients, administering medication,
providing health education, documentation, and delivering nursing care. Often
working independently, I rely mostly in my healthcare expertise to help patients
achieve positive health outcomes. This has honed my problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
As a community Nurse, I collaborated with local authorities and other healthcare professionals demonstrating strong leadership and teamwork skills. This role taught me the values of empathy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Prior to that, I worked in customer support in the BPO industry, where I gained proficiency in call handling,
multitasking, time management and flexibility. This experience sharpened my
communication and listening skills.
Lastly,with five years of experience as a medical coder. I handled data entry and processed up to 250 forms a day.
This experience taught me to work quickly and efficiently, being
detail oriented, deliver quality output, and become familiar with medical terminologies.
I’ve also become proficient on various
tools such as communication tools like zoom, google meet and skype and administrative
tools such as Microsoft application and google workspace. I’m skilled at email
and calendar management. Also, I’m capable of doing simple edits on social
media posts, flyers, posters and videos using Canva and Capcut.
In addition to my professional skills, I am passionate, hardworking, and persistent.
I aim to leverage my skills to boost client productivity, streamline operations
and establish a long-term work relationship.
Outside of work, I am a dedicated furmom to 14 cats and love caring for and feeding stray animals in my leisure time. My dream is to build an animal shelter where they can find safety, love, and a new beginning.
