In my previous role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at TTEC (Oct 2020 - Jan 2022), I managed the full recruitment cycle for agent hiring, handling 40-60 calls daily, conducting new hire orientations, and utilizing tools like Taleo, Oracle, and Google Suite.
