In my previous role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at TTEC (Oct 2020 - Jan 2022), I managed the full recruitment cycle for agent hiring, handling 40-60 calls daily, conducting new hire orientations, and utilizing tools like Taleo, Oracle, and Google Suite.
As a Recruitment Specialist at Concentrix (Jan 2022 - Aug 2023), I supported the recruitment of support, leadership, and operations teams, hiring 30-50 candidates a month using job boards, Boolean search, LinkedIn, and Workday. I also assisted with onboarding by cleaning and creating 201 files.
