I am catherine macapobre, and I took up bachelor of science in Elementary Education in at University of the Visayas. I used to work at Sykes asia as a customer service representative with healthcare account. and I am assigned to the the following responsibilities; Refilling and order scheduling prescriptions of the patient. And also i used to work at Teleperformance for months as a customer service for travel account. I am handling for the scheduling flights and cancelling flights for the passengers. and I am also a hardworking person, flexible and computer literate.
