Hello! I've been in BPO industry for more than 7 yrs. 5 yrs as an support specialist, I've handled different account including voiced and data position such as chat, email and back office. Right now, I am under HR Department, who handles Recruitment for the company, for almost 2 yrs now. I am looking for more opportunity outside my comfort zone.
