I have solid experience in customer service and sales, gained from working in retail, Amazon, and the internet service industry. I’ve handled order inquiries, refunds, replacements, and disputes, and worked in an upselling account where I successfully offered internet service upgrades and additional features based on customer needs. I also have experience managing two separate client accounts, which helped me strengthen my multitasking, communication, and time management skills.
I am tech-savvy and detail-oriented, with hands-on experience in product listing, store monitoring, and SEO research using Amazon Seller Central. I also manage my own gaming content channel, where I handle trend research, video editing, content scheduling, and social media engagement.
I completed digital marketing training through Outsourced Doers, where I gained skills in building landing pages, offer pages, lead magnets, and automation using ClickFunnels and ActiveCampaign. I am proficient in Canva for graphic design and familiar with CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and ActiveCampaign.
