I am well-equipped with the skills and knowledge I learned upon staying in the BPO industry for several years, which I can use to further assist customers and future clients about their projects. I can do email support via the Zendesk application, as well as, chat. I can also do data entry while at home and during free time through Microsoft Excel, and proceed with the projects that are related to multimedia, specifically image editing through Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, or take some photos for a specific project if needed since I am also a photographer here in the Philippines. I am a fast learner and a hardworking person. Hence, I will assure you that I will do my best to make my client satisfied with my job, without compromising the quality of work.
