Working in both voice and non-voice roles at companies like Global Empire Corporation, Eperformax, and Concentrix has helped me become adaptable and confident when assisting different types of customers. My time as a Market Researcher at Dynata improved my attention to detail and my ability to understand customer behavior, while my role as an Outbound Sales Representative at JDDM strengthened my persuasion and engagement skills. I also gained solid technical troubleshooting experience as a Technical Support Representative, and most recently, my work as an AI Trainer at Online Helpers taught me how to analyze information, maintain accuracy, and think critically.
