I?ve been admin staff at Cavite State University for 15yrs. I?am knowledgable in microsoft word, excel, power point. I organized and monitored the files, reports and records of students. Answering phone calls, inquiries, emails and requests, and handling them appropriate. I have the ability by organizing meetings, schedule of the students/clients and Sorting paper works, documents and computer-based information. I maintains database by entering new and updated student/client and account information. I prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information. I also know to research and collect data.
This is all my skills in working with data entry and administrative tasks. I'm confident that I have the skills and experience necessary. I'm also very motivated to get the job done
