analyzing guidelines and decision making, and sharing ideas to be efficient in making designs.

Performs and completes special task assigned:
-Root Cause Analysis for Incorrect Roof Layout
Performs deep dive study for a specific major error (Roof Layout), conducts investigation using Why-Why Analysis to
determine root causes, and provides recommendations for efficient designing
Occasionally mentors new hires in nesting period.
