I started my career in the BPO industry. I had 4 years of experience in customer service and have held the positions like Representative, Social Media Customer Care Team Lead and QA Analyst. I have also been working as a well rounded virtual assistant for around 7 years working directly with the CEO and Director with focus on general administrative tasks and other tasks like Data Entry, CRM Management, Email Management, Content Research, Transcription and other ad hoc tasks.
